Scott Cherry joined mfi in 2010 with five years of experience in both residential and commercial management and development. He is currently Vice President of the Asset Management division. At mfi, Scott directly manages a portfolio of over twenty retail shopping centers while overseeing and leading the team of asset managers in managing the balance of the 7M SF portfolio. Scott leverages his relationship with Tenants to make lease renewal deals adding value to the investments. He is results oriented, focusing on enhancing cash flow through strong collections while keeping operating expenses efficient and practical. He is involved with the design and construction of development projects in an effort to streamline the process and meet intended goals timely and on budget.

Scott is a 2006 graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelors of Science in Finance. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Maryland and member of ICSC.
