Amanda E. Amos joined mfi Realty in May of 2022. After graduating from law school in 2014, Amanda joined The Cordish Companies as an attorney representing the Baltimore-based national developer in its portfolio of urban entertainment districts, neighborhood shopping centers, big box center, and office buildings. In her five years at Cordish, Amenda grew to a first-chair role working directly with the owners and leasing professionals in negotiating leases and related documents across the portfolio, and handled both the business negotiations and the legal documentation of strip center renewals across the portfolio. She was also responsible for enforcement of leases and oversaw collection efforts. In August of 2020, Amanda joined The Hirschel Law Group to continue her representations of owners and developers in commercial lease documents. Amanda's experience is reflected in her legal ability as well as an understanding of the real world business and practical aspects of leases and related documents. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a law degree from New England Law, Boston. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Women in Retail Real Estate, and the American Bar Association.
